Hagen required a series of training videos for their Fluval aquarium pumps and filters and their Laguna range of pond equipment. The videos were aimed at after sales trouble shooting to prevent unnecessary product returns. The video production was shot and edited at Pure’s studio in Leeds. Each video demonstrated how to fault find and repair general maintenance issues.

The production of the training videos had to be accurate in demonstrating potential problems and processes taken to rectify any issues that can be repaired by the customer or shop. Training video production need to be informative over creative and will often reiterate processes to ensure the viewer gains a good understanding of process being demonstrated.
